COLUMBUS, Ohio — Multiple access ramps in central Ohio were closed Tuesday afternoon due to high water levels.
According to the Ohio Department of Transportation, the ramp from I-70 westbound to Miller Avenue and Kelton Avenue in downtown Columbus is closed due to high water.

Also in the Columbus area, the ramps from I-270 southbound to I-70 eastbound and westbound are closed due to high water.
ODOT said drivers should avoid the areas.

The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for northwestern Fairfield, eastern Franklin and southwestern Licking counties.
The NWS said between 2 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen with areas around Blacklick and Reynoldsburg having received 4 to 4.5 inches of rain in two hours.
The flood warning is in effect until 3 p.m.
