Showers have arrived in southwest Ohio and will overspread the state as we head later into the night.
Much of northern Ohio will stay dry until around midnight.
Friday is the soaker. Steady showers arrive overnight and make for a messy morning commute Friday. Widespread rain, which could be heavy at times, continues through the entire day.
Friday evening plans look wet as rain is still likely. But severe weather is not likely, so Friday night football is forecast to be cool and wet but without and any lightning-related delays.
