Drivers are being advised to stay off the roads today as conditions worsen into the afternoon. Temperatures will be falling so cold rain changes to freezing rain and sleet for central and southern Ohio.
Ice is accumulating quickly in parts of southeastern Ohio where we could see totals up to 1 inch before it changes to snow by tonight.
While areas to the north track mainly heavy snow that will persist through the entire day today and generally will be our higher snowfall totals.
Snow will taper off west to east early Friday and it gets very cold Friday night.
