After a relatively mild start with temperatures in the 30s, that state will once again warm up into the 50s and 60s this afternoon.
A few sprinkles will be possible late afternoon into this evening, but most of the rain holds off until early tomorrow morning, when widespread rain and a few storms return to the forecast. Showers continue throughout the day Tuesday, then we’re looking drier and colder for Wednesday.
Chilly temperatures stick around, with another round of winter weather likely Thursday.
