Two students at Portsmouth High School were recognized as Week 10 Scholar Athletes of the Week for the central region.
Curbee Morris is a multi-sport athlete, participating in the swim team and the volleyball team.
She is ranked as the No. 1 female in the senior class based on grade-point average.
She is also in the National Honor Society and show choir.
Tyler Duncan is an athlete on the football team.
Duncan was voted senior captain unanimously by his peers and is described as “the true definition of a scholar athlete.”
