After starting off with mostly cloudy skies, we’ve got more sunshine in the forecast this afternoon.
Still, it will be chilly, with many highs only in the 30s, with more low 40s in southern Ohio.
Southerly winds come back tonight, bringing us a milder start and finish to Tuesday. As more warm air moves in, more moisture does, too, and rain chances return Tuesday as well.
