A cloudy and colder Sunday afternoon is leading to a very frigid start to the new work week ahead, with overnight lows in the teens, and wind chills near or at zero in many places.

Monday starts off with mixed skies and NW winds that will keep most wind chills across the state below 10 degrees for a good portion of the day.

NE Ohio, including Cleveland, Mentor and Ashtabula will continue to see lake-effect snow, with moderate to heavy bands at times. Most areas will receive a few inches, with a few spots SE of I-90 getting over 6″.

The snow should come to an end by late Tuesday morning.
