While milder temperatures and sunshine will dominate Monday, the rest of the week ahead offers a swing in both temperatures and rain chances.

What You Need To Know

  • Monday starts the week off with sunshine and warm temperatures
  • A front moves in for Tuesday, increasing the chance for storms
  • Strong to severe storms are possible Tuesday night
  • Cooler temperatures and a few showers are possible for Thursday and Friday

With sunny skies and highs well into the 70s for most areas, Monday starts the week off beautifully. The only exception will be a few more clouds and slightly cooler temperatures in NE Ohio, right along the lakeshore.

Our next front approaches Tuesday, with increasing clouds, warm temperatures to start and a chance of late day and evening showers and storms.

Severe weather is possible Tuesday evening, with gusty winds, hevay rain and the potential for some hail. While the tornado threat isn’t zero, it will stay on the low side. Of course, we’ll watching.

By the end of the week, there’s a slight chance for a few showers Thursday and Friday, although the bigger story will be the increased cloud cover and cooler temperatures.

After 70s and even a few 80s Monday and Tuesday, highs will be back in the 50s and 60s by the end of the week.
