MARION, Ohio — Actor Bill Cosby gave an interview with a Marion, Ohio radio station on Friday, less than two months after being released from prison.

Cosby, 84, was released from prison in June after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned a 2018 sexual assault conviction. Cosby has been accused by multiple women of misconduct and sexual assault.

Cosby was sentenced in 2018 to three to 10 years in prison. Cosby was denied parole in May, one month before his conviction was overturned, due to not agreeing to participate in a sexual offender program, according to the Associated Press.

Cosby’s interview on Friday was with WWGH host Scott Spears. Spears did not question Cosby on his time in prison or the accusations being levied against him.

During the interview, Cosby told Spears that he is now “totally blind” and was unable to see the Olympics on his TV. Despite not being able to see the games, he said he enjoyed this year’s Olympics.

Spears asked Cosby about a potential return to show business and the stand-up stage. Cosby compared his desire to return to the stage to a horse kicking down a door.

“I am waiting, waiting, waiting for the okay for my fans,” Cosby added.

Spears invited Cosby to return to his program again.
