Heavy snow fell from 10 p.m. Sunday to 4 a.m. this morning.
Some places in eastern Ohio saw intense snowfall rates of 2 inches per hour.
Snowfall amounts range from 1.5 inches in southwest Ohio to 20 inches in northeast Ohio.
Road crews will battle blowing and drifting snow today with gusty winds.
Lake-effect snow this afternoon will add 2-8 inches of snow in the primary snowbelt.
Others will see light, scattered snow and some cold wind chills.
