COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium announced it will close Friday and Saturday as a winter storm approaches the state.
The zoo made the decision as the storm is expected to bring a sharp drop in temperatures, ice and snow.
The facility will also be closed Sunday, Dec. 25, which was already scheduled in observance of Christmas Day. It will reopen Monday at 10 a.m.
