Wednesday morning’s clouds clear into the afternoon and it’ll be another fairly quiet day.

Temperatures push into the upper 50s to lower 60s, so it’ll be a few degrees cooler than yesterday. 

An area of low pressure dives in from the north Wednesday night and this will increase cloud cover while also bringing some possible showers.

Thursday sets up to be the coolest day out of the workweek with chilly morning temperatures in the 30s and highs only reaching the 50s! Dress for below-average temperatures Thursday. Winds will be breezy. Some showers are possible in northern Ohio during the afternoon and evening hours. 

Showers taper off late Thursday night with another chilly night ahead. Lows Thursday drop back into the upper 30s to near 40.

Friday morning remains chilly, so keep the jacket around. Highs on Friday only top off in the 50s to near 60 farther south. Plan on dry weather for Friday, which is good for the Cleveland Indians vs the Cincinnati Reds first opening game of this weekend’s series!

Friday evening in Cincinnati is pleasant but cool with temperatures in the 50s with dry and sunny skies. Fans headed to the game Friday will need their jackets! First pitch is at 7:10 p.m. Friday evening.

Columbus Crew SC this Thursday

MLS Cup champions Columbus Crew SC will host Real Esteli F.C. this Thursday night in Columbus.

A limited number of fans will be there to watch the international match, which is a part of the 2021 Scotiabank Concacaf Champions League.

Start time is at 8 p.m.

It’s possible to see a few showers and some cooler temperatures.

The regular season begins this Sunday at 5:30 also at home against the Philadelphia Union.
