Fall officially begins early Saturday morning at 2:50 a.m.

What You Need To Know

  • Warm Friday with highs soaring into the 80s for most
  • Our pattern lacks rainfall potential through the weekend
  • Not as warm Saturday and Sunday but highs are seasonable for the first weekend of fall

For Friday, most of the state will feel like summer as temperatures are warmer than normal in the 80s. Some upper 70s will happen in northeast Ohio.

All remain dry with plenty of sun during the day.

Conditions look great again for Friday night football with mild temps in the 70s during the evening.

Sunny skies continue through the weekend with no rain chances ahead. It’s great for outdoor plans, but we do need the rain as this fall as been off to an abnormally dry start.

Temperatures aren’t as warm as Friday, dropping back into the 70s for most, and that’s typical for late September.

Wrapping up September, it looks like temperatures remain a bit warmer than normal next week. The extended temperature outlook for late September and early October keeps conditions above normal.
