  • A job fair will take place Saturday morning at TQL Stadium, but those interested can also apply online
  • Starting pay is $14 per hour

Described as a “Staff Draft,” the soccer club is looking to fill part-time jobs such as guest experience ambassadors and game-day retail associates. Guest experience ambassadors can be as young as 16, but retail associates need to be at least 18.

These staff members will work 19 home matches, including 17 MLS games and two Leagues Cup matches during the season. It breaks down to two or three events per month during the season, which runs from February to October.

Employees will also work non-MLS matches, concerts and other events, according to Kimberly Eppert, FC Cincinnati’s senior director of human resources.

Guest experience ambassadors will learn several tasks, ranging from how to welcome fans and take tickets to working as elevator operators and wheelchair attendants. Retail associates will drive merchandise sales at various retail locations through TQL Stadium’s concourse, club level and team store.

Eppert said it’s important that applicants showcase exceptional customer service skills, including “friendly, positive energy.”

“We love creating memorable, positive experiences for our fans on match days,” she added.

Shifts are six hours and employees receive free parking and are provided with a uniform top. Pay starts at $14 per hour. Other benefits include a discount on FC Cincinnati merchandise at the TQL Stadium team store, a referral bonus, attendance bonus opportunities and an end-of-season party.

They’ll also get free parking for events, Eppert said.

Those interested in applying should bring proof of work eligibility documents for the onboarding process. The team also asks those who plan to attend to register in advance.

Qualified candidates who attend the event will receive in-person interviews. Successful applicants may receive on-the-spot offers.

Everyone at the Staff Draft can enter to win prizes and giveaways, and all attendees will receive an exclusive discount at the team store. Information on jobs with TQL Stadium partners and vendors will be available as well.

Free parking will be available in the TQL Stadium Premium lot, which can be accessed off John Street.

Persons unable to attend may apply online and learn more about these positions and others available on the team website.
