OHIO — Back in the ’90s, Otis Winston was a household name in Ohio State’s athletic department.

He was not only captain of the Buckeye basketball team, but he was also captain for the track program.

But Winston’s dream wasn’t really about sports; it was about acting.

All these years later, after never giving up on his dream, Winston is definitely rubbing elbows with some of Hollywood’s elite, starring in the films “Greenland,” “Venom: Let There Be Carnage” and “Games People Play.”

“Most people want to do stuff but they don’t put the work in to do it. A lot of people give up because they don’t see things happening, whereas me, I’m a little different. I don’t care what’s in front of me. If I have a goal, I’m going to keep chomping at that goal until I reach it,” Winston said.
