Heat sends several Cleveland schools to remote learning

CLEVELAND — Several Cleveland Metropolitan Area Schools switched to remote learning Monday because of excessive heat throughout their buildings.

The schools that switched to remote learning are:

  • Bard High School Early College
  • Benjamin Franklin
  • Charles Mooney
  • Facing History New Tech
  • Glenville High School
  • Mary Church Terrell / Louis Agassiz
  • New Tech West
  • Newton D. Baker
  • School of One locations at Bard, Collinwood and Glenville
  • Stonebrook White Montessori
  • Tremont Montessori

Meanwhile, because of staff absences, Collinwood High School is closed today with no remote learning.
