CLEVELAND — One Ohio family is showing off its collection of cars at the Cleveland Auto Show for a cause.

What You Need To Know

  • The Frecka family currently has about $60 million in hypercars, calling it “The Triple F Collection”
  • Five vehicles in the collection are on display at the Cleveland Auto Show
  • The collection is a vehicle for charitable efforts, so far raising about $500,00 for Ohio-based nonprofits

“You get goosebumps a little bit thinking about all the people coming in,” Jordan Frecka said. “Ooohing and aaahing.”

Frecka has five vehicles on display at the event, including a blue 2018 Bugatti Chiron.

“I remember coming here with my dad when I was younger, and just like the memories that it creates,” he said. “I still have a very vivid memory.”

He’s now on the other side of the event, showing off vehicles from The Triple F Collection.

“We get them together for Make a Wish Foundation, for Nationwide Children’s and, you know, we enjoy driving the cars and doing something more with them besides sitting in the garage,” he said.

He started collecting cars with his father and brother after selling the family’s business.

“Now we want to kind of make more of a difference in the world through charities and through sharing something like this with people that are passionate about it,” Frecka said.

They’ve collected about 60 cars so far, with more on the way. It’s a dream come true for the lifelong auto enthusiast.

“My earliest memories are cars,” Frecka said. “First word was “car.” I was drawing cars. My mom showed me something from kindergarten that said I would own a Lamborghini someday.”

Now he’s using his Lamborghini and other exotic cars to raise about $500,000 so far for Ohio-based charities.

“It’s double for me, being able to do things for others while also participating in my own passion,” Frecka said. “It’s a dream come true, really. (I’m) very excited, very humbled by it. And just excited all around, honestly.”

He said their goal is to expand beyond Ohio and contribute $10 million to nonprofits.
