Ian will impact Ohio with mostly cloudy and windy conditions statewide. Rain will primarily impact areas east of a line from Portsmouth to Youngstown. Steadier rain will be found in the counties along the Ohio River. Elsewhere, a spotty shower or sprinkle is possible, but it will remain mostly dry.
Northeast wind gusts of 20 to 30 mph will help keep highs in the upper 50s to lower 60s. Although it may be a bit milder in areas with less rain and clouds.
