This morning, light lake-effect snow showers are possible, but likely not as heavy as yesterday. With freezing temperatures, we could see slick/icy spots on the roads for the morning drive. We’ll finally see the lake-effect snow machine subside this afternoon as snow showers taper off as winds shift out of the E/SE into Saturday.

Otherwise, it is the coldest morning we’ve see all week long with morning lows dropping into the single digits to teens! Potentially subzero wind chills this morning — make sure to bundle up! Friendly reminder to keep furry friends inside while it’s brutally cold outside.

Into the afternoon, highs stay in the 20s today with fairly sunny skies.

This weekend starts off dry with temperatures rebounding by Saturday pushing freezing for daytime highs.
