LANCASTER, Ohio — Two student athletes from Lancaster High School were recognized as Week 5 Scholar Athletes of the Week for the central region.
Riley Senften plays on the Lancaster high school boys’ golf team.
In the classroom, Senften carries a 4.5 grade-point average and is ranked No. 5 in his class.
He is also a member of National Honors Society and involved in many clubs at school.
Peyton Wilson is a multi-sport athlete. She is involved with the girls’ soccer team, basketball team and track and field.
In the classroom, Wilson maintains a 4.45 GPA.
She is also a member of National Honors Society and volunteers with the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization.
