We’re off to a dry start this morning, but a threat for strong and severe storms returns late afternoon into this evening.
Beginning around 2 pm, thunderstorms will ramp up, beginning in western Ohio, then spreading eastward through the evening. Storms wind down around 11 p.m.
Our primary threat will be damaging straight-line winds, with a low end threat for hail and even isolated tornadoes.
Additionally, heavy rain and localized flooding will be possible.
