COLUMBUS, Ohio — Members of the Ohio Redistricting Commission told the Ohio Supreme Court, through their attorneys, why they should not be held in contempt of court Monday.

One of the commissioners, Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose, gained attention when he said he “certainly would not oppose” the General Assembly impeaching Ohio Supreme Court Chief Justice Maureen O’Connor.

Spectrum News 1 statehouse reporter Josh Rultenberg and legal analyst Rory Riley-Topping gave additional insight into the state of the situation.
