Another frosty morning with temperatures dropping into the upper 20s to 30s throughout the state. Any morning clouds will clear and the afternoon is fairly sunny.
As winds relax later today, lake effect activity in NE Ohio will taper off by this evening but until then lake effect snow/mix/rain are possible primarily in the snowbelt region.
Highs today are still chilly so keep the extra layer on with highs in the 40s, and some areas south reach the lower 50s.
