A powerful cold front sits to our west on this Christmas Day, with mild air and even record-breaking warmth ahead of it. That warmth is over Ohio today with temperatures approaching the upper 60s in a few spots.
Rain is also abundant. We may even see a few strikes of lightning and hear a bit of thunder this afternoon and early evening.
The rain will start to subside from west to east later tonight and overnight into Sunday. Lows will fall into the 40s.
