A former federal prosecutor from Ohio testified before the U.S. Senate on Tuesday in a hearing about extremism. It was held in the wake of the mass shooting in Buffalo, New York, where a gunman targeted Black people.
At the same time on Tuesday, both of Ohio’s U.S. senators appeared at a separate hearing to question Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen about the economy and President Joe Biden’s proposed budget.
