Most of the rain moves out by Thursday as winds pick up! It’ll be a warm and windy day as gusts push 20 to 30 mph. Highs on Thursday reach the 50s to lower 60s for some southern/southwestern areas! This is the warmest day this week. Slight chance for a isolated shower in NE Ohio but most of the state is dry.
