A slow and messy evening commute is ahead for Cleveland with a winter weather advisory posted there through 4 a.m. Tuesday.

3-5 inches of snow is possible with reduced visibility and slippery roads from blowing and drifting snow.

In response to the snow, the Ohio Department of Transportation is reducing the speed limit of Interstate 90 in a 12-mile stretch from State Routes 528 and 44.

Everyone gets in on some very cold air tonight with single-digit lows.

Tuesday will be sunny with highs in the upper 20s and lower 30s.
