The threat of severe weather is looming for Sunday, especially during the evening hours.

A few morning showers are possible in far western Ohio as most other areas start off dry and mild in the 60s.

A warm and muggy day is expected as highs climb well into the 80s with some sunshine.

A few isolated thunderstorms may pop-up during the afternoon, but our best chance of severe weather is during the evening as a line of storms may develop and sweep west to east across the state.

Damaging wind gusts and large hail will be the main threats, although an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out.
