CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio — Two students at Walsh Jesuit High School were named Week 8 Scholar Athletes of the Week for the northeast region.
Nicholas Herbele is a multi-sport athlete and varsity letterman for both football and baseball.
In the classroom, Herbele carries a 4.03 grade-point average.
He is also the girls’ basketball team clock operator, has taken multiple honors and AP courses and has been described as “always helping in the community”.
Kayla Flory is the girls’ soccer team captain and a three-year letter winner.
In the classroom, Flory maintains 4.40 GPA.
She has also taken multiple honors and AP courses.
