It’s been a very warm and dry start to November, so are you wondering where the rain and cold temperature are? Both arrive this weekend.

What You Need To Know

  • Friday night football forecast is soggy with heavy rain possible
  • Temperatures drop from 70 Thursday to 30s Saturday
  • Sunday morning flurries are possible

Tropical system Nicole will dump heavy rain in Florida and parts of the Southeast, which eventually moves into Ohio Friday morning.

Most of the day Friday is wet, so plan ahead. Dust off the umbrella and the rain gear because you will need it for most of the day Veterans Day on Friday.

Plans for Friday evening? Expect the same thing with rain and falling temperatures! It will be messy weather most of the day including for Friday night football.

The cold front quickly sweeps in by early Saturday so rain exits by then as temperatures continue to drop. Temperatures swing 20 to 30 degrees in 48 hours.

The rest of the weekend is cold with snow flurries possible at times! You will want to bust out the winter gear with overnight lows dropping into the 20s. It will be the coldest weather we have seen all season long!
