So far for the month of May, there have only been three days we have seen normal or average temperatures at Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati.
Allow extra time and stopping distance this morning with patchy dense fog.
Reduced visibility will be an issue through the morning commute. It’s also very chilly with many lows in the 30s, so some patchy frost is possible this morning.
The ground will likely still be wet tomorrow so we could again get into some fog.
Highs today will only be in the 50s and 60s.
The chance for seeing frost will be there the next three nights.
While this week will be mainly dry and quiet without any big storm systems, we will likely see some isolated passing showers today and tomorrow.
A weak disturbance this afternoon will bring in some clouds and light showers/sprinkles through the overnight.
We could also see some additional spotty showers with even an isolated storm on Tuesday in northern Ohio. Again, these are not big systems and skies will stay dry for the majority of the work week.
Weekend warmup
We will stay with cooler-than-normal temperatures or the rest of this work week but we will see a gradual warmup on Thursday.
Highs will finally become more seasonable this coming weekend.
