Being the mayor of a small city comes with big responsibilities and Akron mayor Dan Horrigan is serious about the work. He looks at change from the ground up.
“We’ve done an assessment of ourselves… how we spend money, how we hire, how we do all of those things,” he said. “And are we giving everybody the same opportunity? I’m not afraid to measure ourselves.”
