Week 2 Scholar Athlete honors given to Westerville Central students

WESTERVILLE, Ohio — Student athletes from Westerville Central High School have been honored as the Week 2 Scholar Athletes for central Ohio.

Mia Cline is a volleyball player for the WarHawks and is credited with her leadership abilities.

Along with being a leader on the volleyball court, Cline is an active member in the school’s Lettermen’s Leadership Club, multiple other school service organizations and the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She also is successful academically with a 4.81 grade point average.

Andrew Sitz is currently a leader on the gridiron and also is a leader on the baseball diamond in the spring.

Along with being a two-sport athlete, Sitz is involved in multiple community service organizations. While being heavily involved in the organizations and teams, Sitz carries a 3.6 GPA in the classroom.

Congratulations to both the scholar athletes from central Ohio on their accomplishments.
