YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio — The Counting Crows announced it is postponing its concert originally scheduled for Tuesday in Youngstown due to COVID-19.

The band said on Sunday that there was a COVID-19 case within its traveling party. The positive COVID-19 case also forced the band to postpone a performance in Boston.

“The entire band and crew has been vaccinated and has taken great precautions to be as safe as possible,” the band said on Sunday.

The concert was to be held at the 4,800-seat Youngstown Foundation Amphitheater.

Counting Crows told fans to hang onto their tickets as the band is attempting to reschedule the concert for a later date.

As of Monday afternoon, the band’s remaining tour schedule is on, including its concert in Cincinnati on Saturday.
