Fall Out Boy, Weezer and Green Day relaunch COVID-canceled tour, will make a stop in Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Fall Out Boy, Weezer and Green Day are relaunching their Hella Mega Tour this year after COVID-19 shut it down last year, but will have two additional stops, including one in Columbus, Ohio. 

The bands will make their way to Historic Crew Stadium on Tuesday, Aug. 17. The tour will start in Dallas, Texas on July 24 and end Sept. 6 in Seattle, Washington. The other additional stop with be in Mikwaukee, Wisconsin at Summerfest.

There will be presales for both the Columbus and Milwaukee shows starting Thursday, May 20 at 10 a.m. General sales launch Friday, May 21. 

 

The Interrupters will be on tour as their special guest.

The Historic Crew Stadium currently has COVID-19 protocols in place, such as social distancing, mask requirements and limited capacity. It’s not yet known whether those protocols will be changing along with the state on June 2, which is when most health orders will be lifted.
