More torrential rainfall is possible today with rainfall rates 1-2 inches per hour.
On top of flooding we will again be on the lookout for some isolated severe storms this afternoon and evening.
The primary threat is damaging wind but some hail is possible in northeast Ohio.
There will be a break from the rain Wednesday night through most of Thursday’s daytime hours.
With more sunshine on Thursday, this will be a hot day with highs near 90 degrees.
